In this endeavor, Jackson employed a “Competitive Hiring Process” that encompassed both internal and external candidates. The process attracted an impressive pool of over 231 applicants, which was subsequently refined to a final shortlist of eight (8) candidates. Ultimately, in May 2023, a candidate was selected and effectively onboarded.
