I want to compliment your team on the recent Competitive Selection Process you managed for our organization.  Jackson, without having any prior knowledge of our two internal candidates, gave a spot-on evaluation of the candidate’s abilities.  I don’t know how you do it, but your ability to evaluate and assess people is a true gift.  We learned more about our existing team’s abilities through Jackson’s evaluations than we ever have from personality or internal 360 assessments.  Well done.

While we always prefer to promote from within, there have been three occasions where we felt it necessary to compare our internal candidates to external candidates to ensure we had the best person for the job. During our succession planning process, we engaged Jackson for consulting services.
