I want to compliment your team on the recent Competitive Selection Process you managed for our organization.  Jackson, without having any prior knowledge of our two internal candidates, gave a spot-on evaluation of the candidate’s abilities.  I don’t know how you do it, but your ability to evaluate and assess people is a true gift.  We learned more about our existing team’s abilities through Jackson’s evaluations than we ever have from personality or internal 360 assessments.  Well done.
